Mumblefish Featured in the Harwich Oracle

July 6, 2010

Mumblefish is featured in this week’s Harwich Oracle as part of the Harwich Port Musical Stroll.  We’re going to be playing tonight, July 7th, as part of the event’s 10-year anniversary, and we’re one of the first acts to play.  Here’s a quote from the paper:

“Mumblefish is based out of the Groton area,” said Reed of the rock band scheduled for July 7 and known for its covers of performers like Stevie Ray Vaughn and Tom Petty. “They are a really popular band in the region.”

Their original single “Never Meant to Last,” was released in late 2009 and is available on iTunes. The band is in the process of finishing its first CD.

We’re really looking forward to the Stroll, and we hope we can see some familiar faces in the crowd. If you’re going to be on the Cape, come on by and check us out!
